Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission (OCAC) of The Republic of China (ROC) government established the Overseas Chinese Credit Guarantee Fund (OCCGF) to uphold the well being and interests of Chinese and Taiwanese nationals living and working overseas.

GBCIB is proud to offer OCCGF loans through the OCAC. This is a worldwide loan program guaranteed by the Overseas Chinese Credit Guarantee Fund. It extends business lines of credit to overseas Chinese individuals and enterprises on all five continents.
