Commercial Banking Officer Position
Full-time Commercial Banking Officer position, located at Shoreline, WA (Bellevue, WA alternate location)
Position Requirements: 3+ years of business banking, real estate, and credit related experience. Demonstrated sales experience, negotiation skills, portfolio management skills and accounting and/or financial acumen. Excellent communication skills. Commercial credit underwriting.
Brief Job Description: Assists the Marketing Team in all facets of growing and managing a loan portfolio. Loan origination emphasis will be on commercial real estate, export finance and SBA guaranteed loans. Effectively acquires and grows profitable account relationships with moderately complex business customers and real estate investors/owners. Performs effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral. Effectively partners with other GBC employees and lines of business to deliver good service and the full complement of GBC products and services. Knowledge of EXIM Bank and SBA loan products a plus.

Credit Analyst Position
Full-time Credit Analyst position and Full-Time Credit Analyst Trainee position, located at Mid-Wilshire Los Angeles, CA
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of a “B” average. Preferred majors are Finance, Accounting, and Economics, however, candidates with a strong liberal arts education will be considered. Prefer 2 years experience in credit analysis and loan underwriting; candidates without experience who meet the educational requirements will be considered for the Credit Analyst trainee position. A quantitative aptitude is essential as well as strong English written and oral skills, including attention to detail. Position is in the Credit Administration Group.
Job Responsibilities: include working with the Credit Administration team with borrower analysis, collateral control, portfolio analysis, file and data management and reporting to the Board of Directors. Loan Processing Assistant Position
Full-time Loan Processing Assistant position, located at Westminster, CA
Position requirement: Bachelors Degree with a Business-related major, and accounting knowledge is a plus; prefer candidate fluent in English & Vietnamese language, but not required.
Brief Job Description: Assist Loan Processors in collecting borrowers loan application package, and financial information; order credit reports; contact existing lenders, escrow, title and insurance agents prior to funding of loans; upload documents, and organize borrowers files on Docushare program; assist in the monitoring of past due and maturing loans. Additional assignments as may be required by supervisors and lead processors.
