Annie Pan joined Guaranty Bank of California, now GBC International Bank, in September of 1993 as a Vice President & Branch Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President & Regional Manager in January 1995. She was promoted to Executive Vice President and Marketing Group Manager in January 2002. Annie manages the bank's marketing and promotion activities including retail banking, commercial real estate lending, trade finance, and the bank’s EXIM Bank and SBA guaranteed lending programs. In addition, Annie is a member of the ALCO and loan committees, and has been instrumental in structuring individual loan transactions for both real estate and trade finance customers.Ms. Pan started her banking career with Los Angeles National Bank as a management trainee in 1982. She then joined American Asian Bank in 1985. In 1986, American Asian Bank merged with Security Pacific Asian Bank and Annie was the assistant branch manager. In 1990, Security Pacific Asian Bank merged with Security Pacific National Bank. After it merged into Security Pacific National Bank in 1990, Annie was promoted to Assistant Vice President. When Security Pacific merged with Bank of America, Annie was promoted to Vice President & Branch Manager. She managed a branch with over $110 million deposits and always ranked among the top 3 managers in the region.
Ms. Pan graduated from UCLA with an M.S. Degree in Clinical Psychology.
